Your Smart Vouchers - FAQ's

If you´ve placed an order with us and have an online account with ecover Direct then you´ll be eligible for Your Smart Vouchers.

Up to 4 personal discount vouchers are issued every month. Keep an eye out for your personal discount vouchers in your account area or in your inboxes!

If I've opted out of your customer emails, how will I know I've got new vouchers?


All your new vouchers will be displayed in your account area. But it's best to receive these by email so you won't forget about them!


Can I use my voucher on more than one of the same product?


No, each voucher can only be redeemed against one of each product.


What happens if my voucher doesn't work?


Vouchers can only be used against that specific product, and can only be used once. If you are still having problems please contact customer services who will be happy to help.


Can I choose which products I can get discounts on?


The vouchers have been generated based on your spend with us, and your browsing behaviour.


I've opened up an account. Why can't I see any vouchers? 


Vouchers are issued after making your first purchase with us. Every month you will receive new vouchers, and we will remind you via email to check in your account.
