very useful

Ir looked like a good idea: but it'll need a year or so to see if (1) it's sufficiently well made to be robust and (2) it's useful and effective enough for us to get into the habit of using it instead of simply tipping stuff from one container to another with (or without ...) a funnel. So it's far too early to assess whether or not it was worth buying at the price which felt (and feels) a bit steep for this type of mechanism.

Makes using the 5L pot easier. Bit difficult to get working to start with. Works fine now. Not the strongest so not sure how long it will last

It does not fit the 5 litre refill bottles at all.

I wish I had read the other reviews about this product. Extremely difficult to fit - took me an hour of patience. I was really keen to use the 5L bottles of refill for my washing up liquid and the pumps are what should make this easy. Waited weeks for them to come back into stock so ordered 2 of what seemed expensive items for what they are but was still keen to to try and not use unnecessary plastic moving forward. I used one, the other pump did not work at all. Enquired if I could have a replacement and the customer service response was long winded and confusing so ended up wasting my time packaging up and sending back pump to then be told I could only have a refund because I sent it back (you asked me to send it back!!). Not impressed at all. If you are going to encourage people to less wasteful and refill (as per your marketing campaign) sell fit for purpose products supported by properly trained customer service people.

Hard to fit but good once fitted

Really useful. I use this to dispense laundry liquid. Initially I thought it was a bit expensive but it seems good quality

Great for dispensing from large containers.

Used to fill small dispensers of hand soap. Ideal.

I use it to fill an old washing up bottle from the washing up liquid refill pack. It makes for easy and mess free filling.

Pumps fine but hard to fit together

Pumps dispenser awkward to use. Which is a shame as this is a great a great product.

If you find pouring from 5 litre bottles tricky, this is really helpful, if pricey.
Although a little stiff to use,(make sure that you have the bottle on a lowish table so that you can lean on it a little) it deals with the thickest of liquids. I bought one pump, and rotate it between large bottles (after draining and cleaning of course).
