I live in a very hard water area the washing up liquid copes well with this.
Many washing up liquids irritate my hands - when I forget to put rubber gloves on- Ecover doesn’t do this.

Hard to get excited about washing up liquid, and I don't think we've started on this one yet, but previous experience suggests that it seems to work ok as long as the water softener for the house is in good fettle. Not the cheapest on the shelf, but Ecover branding encourages the hope that it should be less damaging to the planet than average, not withstanding the increqasingly shouty character of some of the stuff that comes down the email, and triggers a suspicion that the marketing department might be calling too many of the shots since you got taken over.

Ecover have recently changed the design of the container for their washing-up liquid, so the dispenser tap I previously paid them £16 for, now doesn't fit. When I emailed them, they said "you have to force it on". They failed to respond to my email saying I was unhappy with this. Very poor customer service.

Fabulous product! Does the job. But it is best to wash your greasy pans straight after being used, while they remain warm, using hot water as well. Not much sacrifice for using something that doesn't harm the nature! I use it for two years now. My hands is not dry any more. I am very happy with the product.

Ive been using this for a long time, people dont always think about the amount of nasties domestic products pump into the environment so its great to find low impact products that work just as well as the usual brands and they are kinder to me too!

I've used this washing up liquid for ages I like the smell and it cleans my dishes well. It's as good a quality washing up liquid as any of the other brand washing up liquids. I do recommend it to people.

I particularly like this product because my skin is very sensitive to harsh chemicals and this product is safe for me to use. A little goes a long way and cleans my dishes well. The smell is pleasant. I would particularly recommend this product to people with sensitive skin.

I use this for washing up pots and dishes (that won't go in the dishwasher, for washing down surfaces, etc. - all the things you'd normally use a washing up liquid for.
I'd recommend this product to anyone who washes up as it is really affective and doesn't harm the environment - and smells lovely!
The quality of the product is excellent and it is a really good idea to buy in bulk and decant into smaller bottles for everyday use.
