Could make clothes feel a lot softer, also the smell is not that fresh, so you don't get that nice just washed aroma. However, I use it because I want everything I use to be biodegradable and free from nasty chemicals.

Until I found this product I have avoided the use of fabric softeners as I have sensitive skin and allergies but this one seems fine for me. It is very concentrated and I only use a very little so it lasts for ages. I love the smell and find it quite addictive! I use it on all my washing in cluding delicates and it works well. It is nice to feel I am using an environmentally product as well. I have bought a box which comes with a little tap so I can refill the bottle I keep by the washing machine and this makes it more economical and better for the environment.
